unreliable information you talk to different staff you get different answer. Any home products you need, my suggestion is best to buy directly from the manufacturer. Will never ever go back to buy any home products from this store.

Booked an appointment online for Covid vaccination, showed up and they werent even aware of the apt. AND they didnt have the vaccination either.

Every time I go to the post office there, the lady is sooo rude! She opens and closes it when she chooses! Hours on my pick up slip and online say 9 pm. I know a lot of people that have issues with her! Only Use it if u must

Sure do miss the small location on upper Sherman! Never had a mistake or limited quantity ony brothers prescription!!! This location is a joke!!! Just like the others, not enough medication being sent out or better yet the phone is never being answered , even after 30 rings. If you can't keep up with the demand, here's an idea "hire" people. Gonna be switching my brothers stuff over to my place, M Line pharmacy ( Concession medical pharmacy) on upper James, At least here there's tons of workers and they're super friendly. Being with them for 20 yrs now! Rexal's scores a 2.9 outta 5, m-line pharmacy 4.4 outta 5.

The tall middle eastern man who works in pharmacy tried his best to apologize for what his manager (of Asian heritage) was telling him to do. This Rexall never delivers right or prepares things on time. My old relative told me to go pick up her prescription and they could not find it in the disorganized bags full of prescriptions,, and they accuse me of being wrong and that it was delivered to her house. After a 15 minute wait, the tall man found it and I thanked him and he is very sorry. I know it is not his fault. luckily I did not make a scene. we should all complain. What a mess of location
