Rexall

Extremely rude lady pharmacist. Glad to see that Im not the only one dealing with the poor service. The lady apparently has zero customer service skills and kindness, just attitude and condescending tone.

The Front Store staff, Allison and the Manager, Mark are very helpful and friendly. My go to Makeup consultant, Claudia is excellent and knows exactly what I am looking for and where all products whether it is makeup or something more specialized, such as a three hole punch, are located. The hours could not be any better, as they are open every Holiday. This Rexall location has always carried a great of selection of Accessories such as Scarves, Ponchos, Purses and Jewelrry that I have purchased and get compliments on all the time.

An unsatisfactory interaction with a most arrogant visible minority woman in the pharmacy today. Had she shown a modicum of customer service she would have asked what my request was needed for instead of boldly stating they didnt have it. Instead of going across the city to Upper Ottawa Street as she directed I went to a competitor on Garth Street where a helpful assistant directed me to what I needed. The review record of this store shows a pattern of contempt for customers. It seems that Rexall doesnt care.

I have been going here for 10 years. I was treated so poorly 2 weeks ago by some new female pharmacist. The pharmacist made me feel like I am some sort of a degenerate and my doctor doesn't know what he is doing. I was in a multicar accident 5 weeks ago and I was told to sit down and wait while she kept stating my doctor does this frequently, I didnt understand.. My husband has been treated this way too recently.... we are switching to Shoppers. Unbelievably rude!

That lady pharmacist is so rude with definitely No customer service skills. I think she's the owner of that small pharmacy thinking she owns Rexall all across the country.
