Shoppers Drug Mart

Please remove the 24 hours sign on your store front. I visited the pharmacy on the 17th hour of may 22nd and you were closed therefor this business is technically not open 24 hours. False advertisement and a blatant lie.lastly how does Hamilton not have one shoppers drug mart open on Victoria Day yet there are many Tim Hortons open. Get your doo doo together Hamilton jeeeeez. I checked Guelph Kitchener Mississauga Brampton and Toronto which all have plenty of pharmacies open today considering its a health issue.

Unbelievably unprofessional pharmaceutical staff. Im investigating options for a formal complaint. On an indirectly related note: Getting pharmacists to play Doctor isnt a good stopgap measure to deal with staffing shortages. They really dont have the training or equipment needed to be effective. If you want assistance from a pharmacist, or even just want to fill a prescription, I suggest trying another location.

In ability of certain pharmacy staff to fill a prescription is amazing, not properly trained in the ability to fill and bill to WSIB, you try to tell staff claim numbers and procedures and their simple idiocy reply come back tomorrow and try again instead of resolving the issue at hand is continually annoying to say it nicely, this is a on going problem at this location as staff are not properly trained and just dont care about customers need for their medication UPDATE After trying to get prescription fill that is covered by WSIB this location is trying to charge me a co pay as they ( shoppers drug mart) described it as my doctor changed my dosage, this location is continuously trying all it can do to disrupt my ability to obtain my medication that is fully covered by WSIB
