Elmin and the Gorilla Property Services team are prompt, professional and go above and beyond to ensure a job well done. They recently completed graffiti removal at one of our buildings and were able to repaint despite the cold temperatures. The job was done quickly and beautifully. Will be using them again for sure.

Elmin recently cleared our dryer vent, which is not a small task as it exhausts out a second story roof, and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result. He was so thorough to also clear the grate from the roof itself too. Our dryer finally runs efficiently, and in half the time! Elmin has also gone above and beyond to help us determine the location of a roof leak. We were able to pursue repairs immediately as a result of his quick response time and assistance. We are grateful for all of his advice, guidance and follow-up with every matter that we've referred to him. We would highly recommend Elmin and his team at Gorilla Property Services!
