        One of the best managed buildings I've ever lived in. Adam and Hunter are amazing and they make sure all the building needs are taken care of. Repair request does take a while but it was understandable as they are doing a lot of renovations and some repairs are priority based. However repairs were always done with little inconvenience to me. If I didn't need to move back to Toronto I would have renewed my lease simply because of Adam and Hunter.
