        Dont buy a Di Cenzo home.Home is only 5 years old had to spend money on roof as was not done properly.Very poor workmanship.

        Purchased a home from Decinzo over 5 years ago and still waiting on grading deposit. I've contacted there office multiple times and of course no answer..left many messages and guess what? No reply. What a joke.. make sure you put a specific day in your closing contract with your lawyer for your grading deposit to be returned. Paradise towns has been a nightmare for everyone involved.
