As first time home buyers, Charlene was extremely helpful, responsive, and attentive! She taught us so much about the market and helped us find the perfect house. My partner and I were very picky and Charlene was patient and stuck with us every step of the way. She always responded quickly to any questions we had and always found time to set up a tour at any house we wanted to see. I would 100% recommend working with her to anyone that asks!

I learned of Charlene through the sale of a condominium unit in the same building as my rental investment property. I found her presentation skills in the listing, the photography and the showings was very professional so I called her. She was very responsive and we had a great conversation about the market and sale-ability of my unit given the COVID situation back in late May and June. Our conversations, her direct approach and honesty convinced me to list with her. Again, her listing and photographs were awesome. Presentation: 10/10 Her work ethic, her professionalism, her empathy with my tenant and her consistent follow up is nothing short of First Class. Even with a similar unit in the building being offered for a much lower sale price, we received an offer in one week with little negotiation that I am very pleased with. Charlene is by far the most professional and respectful realtor I have ever worked with. She was very understanding and took us step by step through the entire process of purchasing our first home. She was always available whenever we had any questions or concerns. Highly recommend Charlene for any home purchases- especially if you are a first time buyer! 10/10!
