Great experience working with Sean to purchase a rental property. I wrote the place off because I thought it was going to be out of our budget, but Sean reminded me the day offers a were being reviewed and said he talked to the agent and thought we could make a move. Turns out he was right and we got it under our budget and he even helped us find tenants and shared all the paperwork to make the whole process a lot less confusing!

Sean was super knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the rental process: from staging and photos to the paperwork of lease agreements. All things that would have been much more difficult to navigate without Sean managing the process.
