I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from Johnston Chrysler Jeep Ram, Their service has always been top tier. The dealership just got a makeover and a brand new building, it is very clean and large. Kyle Reimer was fantastic to work with, He kept me informed every step of the way, was quick to respond to my emails and is very well informed on product knowledge. Our experience with Johnston Chrysler has been a very positive one. Our sales rep Cheryl Thibodeau went out of her way to make our experience hassle and stress free. I would highly recommend Cheryl to all my friends and family. The finance manager Jackie Hudson did a great job helping us get into our amazing Dodge Durango. All around a very positive and hassle free experience!!

Service experts in follow up on warranties on our vehicles and services. I brought in our daughters vehicle for service on minor oil leak , recently. Turns out it was not done completely properly at a non Chrysler Dodge oil change center i had brought it to myself . After service counter guys explained things to me over the phone call , I decided to have them re do a full oil change including filter which had not been installed fully properly at different oil change center. I was informed by one guy over phone call he made to me that if that were him he would bring that oil change invoice bill to them for a refund. After considering everything and the fact that this would involve some negative and unnecessary issues for me , having a rather serious heart condition , and decided to not bother , and to simply no longer go back to that oil change center . The curtousy van ride there and back was appreciated. Having the option of going in by the open side door driver had opened for me , crawling to back seat , or going around to other side of van to closed door , which , he then opened for me , and sitting down in the 1 seat that was already set up in second row , was very,definitely ,a better option for me personally, given with my back conditions, and all . This is same driver I always seem to get When i have our van or our daughters Ram Longhorn, brought in for service, in last few years.

Called for a quote on a part and small body repair. They never got back to me with an estimate like they said they would. I went somewhere else.
