Bought myself a brand new t-shirt can't wait to wear it the only thing I have to say about that store is they had everything unorganized they had the shirts and dresses and t-shirts all in one area it was very confusing they even had the extra large next to the small and the mediums on the other side which didn't make any sense but otherwise it would be a great place to get some previously used clothing that is in good condition

I think the place has racism issue, I appeared to be the only Asian customer in the shop for the most of the times, and was not treated fairly as the others. and two times I tried to buy clothes on their IG, commented but no reply ever since, the other comments gets replied, also when I try to sell clothes in the store the staff told me they wont take any one because there are stains on my clothes, while theres none, and I also found some clothes with stains hanging in the shop with tags, so you do sell the clothes with defects but just wont sell mine:) Also I applied for the staff form on their IG said I would like to do the part time job there, and still no reply, and theres already new staffs in the shop who are either black or white, still no asian.

Tried to contact multiple times to purchase a gift card for a friend in the area. Didnt get a response from their email or their Instagram which theyre very active on. Was left on read everytime I tried to purchase (for two days and multiple messages) It takes two seconds to say currently busy will get back to you when possible whoever is running the Instagram needs a refresher course on how to deal with customers.
