We have an older house with basement flooding from rain. We called RCC and Jeffery from RCC visited us to do a thorough check on leakage and moisture. He recommended external insulation, and they completed it in 3 days. Jeffery also helped us with installment-based payment. We really liked their timely and professional work, and called them again for insulation on another side of the house. They provide very good quality service in a timely fashion.

Internal Basement Waterproofing Jeff was responsive from the time I requested a quote. He answered all my questions and provided excellent explanations of the process. He came to check on the work a few times while the crew was here, and came to ensure that the sump pump was working properly when the job was finished. He also provided advice on additional things I can do to improve the basement environment. The crew led by Nick were efficient and very polite. There were a couple of hiccups (100+ year old house) that were resolved quickly and effectively. The crew also provided explanations to me at various stages of the job.
