Ignored after the sale. No problem taking my money, BIG problem delivering on their own promises. Recently purchased a 2023 Sierra 2500HD from them and knowing what I know now, I wouldn't have. They had no problems communicating and making promises before I bought the truck, now that it was delivered incomplete, radio silence from them. Delivery date was pushed last minute twice, conflicting excuses given the second time. They tried a third time and I held them to their promised date. Truck was delivered without roof markers and side steps, 2500$ worth of equipment they charged me for but refuse to install now (and by refuse, I mean they won't return a call on the matter and are always too busy to give me information when I call). Called again today, now 2 weeks after delivery and got the same answer, and same no-call back. GM Canada head office is now been made aware of the unprofessionalism, maybe they can get somewhere with them. Dealer ownership is next to be made aware. I'll keep pushing to get what I paid for. We have a 2023 Traverse on order with them as well, we will be cancelling that order and bringing our business to another dealer with better after sales service. This is not the quality of service GMC has come to be known for.

Great customer service. They offer a shuttle service which is great because let's be honest most of us do not want to wait around all day. They kept me updated by text regularly. They always take good care of my car.
