I have been with this medical clinic since I was born. I had no plans on changing clinics, but I was suddenly dropped as a patient by them while asking for a refill of the medication I need for my mental health. I was dropped because without my knowledge, my previous doctor had left the clinic, and they have no means of sending forms I need sign to me via email. I understand that I have moved, but now I am left with nothing and had to scramble to get my meds elsewhere. I really am disappointed. I do, however, want to thank Dr. Chagnon for many wonderful years of service to me and my family. It's 2023 your patients should be able to reach you via more ways than phone.

Have had a family doctor for 30 years fr my family in Hawkesbury but Im a Quebec resident this morning the walk in clinic has refused us cause were from Quebec even though I told her Dr Gagne is my family doctor. Receptionist was so mean so not helpful !! So sad cant even see a doctor bad bad service !!!! Ive been there tons of times and today no help
