        Thank you to Caroline yesterday for righting a wrong. I applied for a BMO Air Miles credit card with her in late October. On 30 October I received my PIN but still had no card by 22 Nov. Yesterday, she called to say that she had a card expedited to the Hawkesbury branch for me. Not only did she activate it for me but also found out how to obtain 1500 welcome bonus Air Miles. You rock it at Customer service Caroline. Thanks for the gloves too! Jose in Alfred.

        Excellent service and very helpful at the Hawkesbury branch. Shes genuinely interested in helping out their clients, considering she was busy with the logging of the drop off deposit box. Keep up the great work, Cheers!

        Place is ok. Staff are friendly. Customer service by phone friendly. Even if you call them and phone is busy once you leave a message they will call you back and try to help. Friendly customer service too. Thank you.
