        nice employees but very slow to serve customers. Lots of personal talk...addon...june17 2021...RBC made 2 mistakes...they took the balance of a loan that had been paid by the car dealership without telling me...1 month later, they took a car payment,for the loan that was already paid off. ridiculous...the bank manager in Hawkesbury was very helpful in resolving both problems. He is 5 stars...not RBC...
