        I dont rate very often but I want to spare others some grief. I had important documents for real estate sale out of country to notarize, simple procedure - gave him a heads up with date limits - he agreed, then gave me a price of 600$ ( and requested I print the documents as his printer is too old) I call him on Friday before signatures on Monday and tells me he can only do it next Thursday since he doesnt work Mondays and Tuesdays!! which is too late for my deadline. I am now stuck trying to find someone else on a Friday afternoon!! Never again. I was lucky enough to get one in Alexandria on the following Tuesday for 270$ - they printed the papers as well :) I think its time to retire and consult only, if you are not in a hurry.
