We like this place a lot. The owner is friendly. He will sell you only what he thinks you need (no pressure to buy something more expensive) Being that this is a local shop and a specialty shop at that you would expect higher prices. That is not the case. We purchased a vacuum that we saw on the manufacturers website at 100$ less than what this place was selling it for. When I brought this to the owners attention, he, without hesitation, called his supplier to confirm the lower price. He did sell to me at the lower cost. Shopping here comes with the added benefit that should you need repairs, those repairs are done on site. No need to send your vacuum in to the manufacturer (which usually comes with lengthy delays)
