Murray's Landscaping

I had Ian come out last fall and quote a job for removing some sod and laying mulch for this spring. After planning for last week, he put me off three times. I think he thought he had underquoted last year. Said he would come today. I texted him twice yesterday for timing and he never answered. Never showed up today. Very unprofessional. Obviously does not care about reputation.

Ian is the rare contractor who says all the right things during the engagement process but then delivers on all his promises. Ian is the best. Handsdown!! He has been such a big asset to me this summer. Whenever I yell, he comes running. My lawn had lots of issues this spring and now that it's Sept you'd hardly know it. I run a small business and appreciate that custom service is everything. Ian get's that 100%. Many thanks!!
