        Health and safety is out the window for this company. MTO should have an eye on this place. Have your workers stepping out on blind hills stopping traffic without signs then waving them through just to be almost hit by the ditch digging truck turning around on the bind hill. The worker couldn't wait to get back to the truck to talk to her worker friends. It's only time before your carelessness takes a life. If you would like the dash video I'd be happy to share it.
