Gus provided the engineered drawings and plans for our unusual Aitken Frame off grid design. Gus is always pleasant and helpful. Gus designed a three season sun room we are adding to our cottage. We have been very happy with Gus' attention to detail in gathering our requirements and providing advice on various options around architectural details we hadn't considered. He is professional and approachable, and provides excellent guidance in dealing with the municpal building regulations and permitting hurdles. All in all, we have had a great experience dealing with Gus, and would definitely use him again for future projects.

We worked with Gus Terziano to design our new build Muskoka escape on a lot we had recently purchased. The project is now complete and I can honestly say that Gus was an absolute pleasure to work with. Gus was very professional, patient and understanding. He worked with us through multiple design changes (including some last minute ones), submitted our building permit application and remained available through the construction process for any questions. I would highly recommend working with Gus Terziano on your next project.

I engaged Gus to design my new cottage garage/workshop structure based on seeing his previous work and references. Gus provide timely, full service that included site measurements, building, mechanical, HVAC designs and also applied for my building permit for me to get the project moving along quickly. He is very professional and creative with respect to design ideas. I will be engaging him again when I do my cottage addition project and I am very confident on the quality, service I will get!
