If I could leave negative stars I would. He never answers his phone, is extremely rude, and upon fixing our vehicle broke our a vehicle in different ways. We waited over a year and half to have them look at our vehicle and after it was seen he needed back twice because his crew broke other parts of the vehicle they had no reason to be touching. Do not under any circumstances bring your vehicle here.

I would like to add on to Caitlin Bourque's review and say how I completely agree with her NEGATIVE review of this shop! The owner does not answer his phone nor could the insurance company get a hold of him!! Nothing was fixed on my vehicle when he had it for 2 months. I had a full tank of gas when I dropped it off at his shop and when I picked it up, it had only 10km left in the gas tank. Also when I picked it up, the day it was -30 degrees, he gave me someone else's key FOB and the car was blinking "cannot detect key", so I was concerned that if I turned my car off when I was putting gas in the tank, that I wouldn't be able to start it again in the freezing cold!! Sure enough, when I got home and turned it off, it wouldn't start again! So I had to message him to get my correct key and he gave no apology for this!! Aviva Insurance Company should re-evaluate why they are sending their clients to this Auto body shop, as I would think, their insurance company must be losing money and customers!!
