Muskoka Auto Parts Limited

I'd grown up hearing the name "muskoka auto parts" and considered them to be highly regarded... however when my father passed away and my mother trusted them to simply replace the spindle in the family lawn tractor the repair lasted all of one season before the spindle just fell out of the thing and ripped up the lawn, thankfully no one was hurt. the re-repair done by muskoka rent-all has done MUCH better. I imagine this is due to their experience in keeping things running as opposed to just "doing the job"... idk where MAP got that replacement spindle... but it was total garbo.

This place is what customer service used to look like. Was stranded in town while camping in the area unable to locate a mechanic with any time to look at my van. The staff here went above and beyo d to help me "diagnose" the problem which ended up being 2-tiered. They also onnected me to a retired mechanic who was able to do the work for me. Super friendly and helpful!
