Would be nice to be able have a number to call for the people that don't drive cause I have to walk down there pretty far just to see if there is any spots available just to wait or walk back another day

I asked for my level 8 hair to be darkened to a Level 4. I was baulked at and told that it was impossible but that she would 'do her best'. She had absolutely no confidence in anything. She left me with muddy green hair, and then charged me 90$ (plus an already set tip), and refused to fix it before having me leave. Being 7 months pregnant, and already severely emotionally beaten down, I was left to bawl my eyes out, and was told that I needed to go cry outside since they had wanted to close the salon early. I went to the Shoppers Drugmart and bought box dye, and promptly redid my hair at home. Services: Hair coloring, Hairstyling
