Huntsville tailoring & alterations

Had a bridesmaid dress altered at this location. Had to bring the dress in twice because it was still loose in the chest after the first round of alterations. The person running the shop asked "could you not just wear a bra to make it fit?" which felt like a very rude comment and did not fix the concern regardless. Paid for both sets of alterations, and the dress still didn't fit right. I was very disappointed and won't be returning for any future alterations. Definitely would not recommend. Mohammed had been absolutely incredible to work with during this difficult week of planning a funeral. He went above and beyond to flex around our schedules, and to help us deal with a dry cleaning fiasco elsewhere (wrong pants given and ours lost). He worked long extra hours to accomodate some complicated tailoring, and everyone's suits look fantastic. We used his suit rental service, tailoring for items we owned, bought multiple accessories, and purchased a complete suit. He made everything easy. Mohammed is friendly, compassionate and professional. We're very happy to support this local small business owner, who is a very welcome addition to our town.
