I have lived at the Hunter Bay Apartment for over twenty years. The property offers a safe, well maintained and clean place for families as well as the disabled. The superintendent of this property has gone above and beyond to keep the residents of this building safe, during a pandemic. She insures the hallways, laundry room and other common areas are clean and disinfected regularly. She also goes above and beyond to help individuals living alone during this time to get the things they need or that they are just ok. I am sure it is a pretty thankless job at times, but she ensures that decisions involving tenants are fair. i.e. noise complaints. I really enjoy living here and its really nice when my grandchildren come and are able to play with the other kids and be safe. Thank You.

I have lived here for 6 years now and I love my apartment. The location overlooking the bay and it's very close proximity to the walking trail, park and beach is a plus. Jackie, the super, works hard at keeping the place clean and the outdoor areas well maintained. She is easy to talk to and responds quickly to any need for repairs and concerns.
