        Outstanding customer service! Our fiber wire was accidentally cut, and Allen went out of his way to make sure we were up and running by brining us a cable so we can get our internet back asap. By far the best customer service I have received from an internet provider

        Mark was fantastic in answering what questions were reasonable given I didn't have much of the info he needed to answer me. Distance? Underground? Transformer near by? Address? Okay I haven't bought the lot yet, so answering above and getting an estimate range of cost was impossible. Despite that, Mark did give me a lot of information that helped.

        Power unexpectedly off two days in a row for more than six hours. No explanation or communication to customers. No wonder so many are going off grid!
