I personally have never had any issues dealing with this provider for cottages. Attentive and responds to email request promptly. Ever any issues, they also deal with things in a timely manner. Everything above board, personal touch experience and transparent. Highly recommend their services.

The staff are polite and punctual. I would just advise people that Cottage Vacations acts more like an agent for the owners rather than the renters. Our recent cottage rental did not have new appliances as advertised as there was mould growth around the rubber gasket of a small refrigerator nor was there a window AC as advertised. There was no penalty imposed on the owners for this. As well the shower stall had an old painted floor resulting in paint chips flaking on our feet during every shower. As a former landlord/property manager this would not meet regulation standards. Our previous cottage leasing group sent out a detailed review list to renters upon completion of their stay. Cottage Vacations provides no follow up. I would like to use their services again but am mindful of these limitations
