Beauview Cottage Resort

Beauview cottage resrt is a special place. The cottage is very clean, convenient and well equipped. The beach is great with canoes, kayaks, paddle boats, tubes and more. You can spend a week easily here and keep busy the whole time. Gord and Nancy are amazing people. Their door is always open, and the fulfill every request with a smile. The have fishing rods and plenty of movies for a rainy day. It was a terrific experience and i'm sure we'll come back here!

We visited mid-September, once the school year has started. The place was beautiful, quiet and very romantic. The leaves were turning read and yellow already. Swimming, canoeing and kayaking (watercraft and life jackets provided) are great. The lake is huge and offers a lot to explore. The hosts are very accommodating and gracious. Resort is located about 20 min from great shopping and entertainment in Huntsville. Algonquin Park is about 35-40 min drive away. The cottages are equipped with pretty much everything one needs. WiFi (works better outside the cottage), satellite TV, DVDs to borrow and books to read are available, but one hardly has time to use them with all the amazing nature around. Great place to relax.
