Kaitlyn is an amazing instructor, who is patient, knowledgeable and kind. She never pushes too hand and tries to work with your individual strengths and weaknesses, and tries to help you achieve your goals. Classes are small so it's a lot more personal. She's got both static and spin poles, with both chrome and stainless steel. Very reasonable pricing and classes do get booked up quickly, so if you're interested in pole fitness, definitely secure your spot early!

Kaitlyn is a fantastic instructor and all around great person- she has helped me not only find the strength I didn't know I had physically, but also mentally, helping me find my power again. With great emphasis on proper technique, I always feel safe walking into her class. Her knowledge and patience is fantastic and I am so glad that I took a chance and started classes with her.

A fun class to attend! Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. I was new to pole fitness, and Kaitlyn was great at breaking down the steps and helping me build my confidence. Highly recommend!
