I have had the pleasure of over 30-years of excellent dentistry from Drs. John and Sharon Koncan. I arrived as a resident from Northern Ontario with "hockey teeth" and expected to lose them. Drs. John & Sharon are absolute masters of their craft. Upon arrival, we are always greeted by a warm and friendly staff, they uphold their schedule to 'on time', and we have never waited more than a few minutes for a scheduled appointment. The entire staff stays in tune with best practices and equipment. The dental hygienists and assistants are very friendly and make you feel at ease immediately when escorted into the suite. I highly recommend Sunrise Dental to anyone looking for exceptional dentistry.

Got X-rays and have a cavity worked on.. filling wasnt shaved down enough and left me in lots of pain as I couldnt chew or close my mouth properly. When I came in to get it looked at they wanted me to pay for X-rays again after I had just done that a few weeks prior.. the other dentist shaved down the filling and it eventually relieved the pain however Im still having issues with that tooth and dont believe the problem was resolved. The rest of the staff was friendly and environment was nice but thats not the only important part wont be returning.

Welcoming, kind, and super professional. Just did my first visit to Sunrise. Emily, my hygienist spent the time with me, going over exactly what she was doing when it came to examining my oral health, which I appreciated a lot as most dental offices I've been to don't really tell you what they were going to do, or why they were doing it. Super thorough examination with a really informative experience that made me feel like I was apart of my own dental care plan as appose to just showing up and letting "the professionals handle it". The rest of the team was just as amazing and focused on the patient experience. Thanks Sunrise!
