I can't say enough good things about Armstrong Dodge! The staff (Brad, Stew and Dana) that we dealt with were helpful, proffesional, answered all our questions, obliged our requests for pictures/video as we purchased from a bit of a distance away. The process was painless. What got me was them going above and beyond to get us the vehicle we decided on. From pickup to drop off, they literally went out of their way to please us. When our vehicle was delivered with a minor issue with the paint, it was fixed without question or inconvenience to us. I have NEVER had customer service like this from a car dealership and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. Thank you again. By the way, we LOVE our new wheels!

We purchased our Wrangler here last year; we had a fantastic experience. I just went in to do a routine service call with the Wrangler when I saw the new Compass featured on the dealership floor. We were in the market for a new company car, and after a short demo, we decided to buy it. Ian was our Salesperson, and he was fantastic. They had a very busy week that week, but he was very patient and explained everything to us prior. He got us a fantastic deal too. He didn't make any promises; he just went to the Manager and returned with a deal we couldn't resist. The paperwork was also a breeze. Absolutely loved the experience. The entire team at Armstrong Huntsville deserves a 5-star. The car is fantastic too btw. Everything they said it would do, it does and more! Thanks, Armstrong Dodge and Ian for a great experience. We will definitely be back when its time to get a new car.

Brought my truck in for a service. The service advisors were very friendly and knowledgeable. The technician who worked on my truck brought it in right away and worked quickly and serviced my truck correctly. Great job!
