        NO HOT WATER!!! Something you should probably advise your guest when they arrive. Part of staying at a hotel is to get some rest and freshen up for the next day! Asked for a call from management. Then followed up with email. Nothing back!! Offer your guests something. 20% off their next stay to compensate...something. Very disappointed!! Because hotel was nice. Would have loved to give a good review!!
