My first time in Becky's chair. I was pleasantly pleased with the simple yet professional cut i received. Finally, someone that cut my hair to the style i wanted. The layers are perfect. Will be returning for sure. Thank you, Becky.

the first cut that i had at salon 17 was with becky, and she is amazing! i wanted to make sure i came back because she knew her stuff and i had so much fun. i went to my appointment at the new location today at 6:30pm. firstly the parking sign says salon 17 is in unit 3, but unit 3's door sign says alyssa's hairstyling which was confusing. the stylist inside was not becky. besides confirming my name i was not spoken to or told that i would be seen late. at 7, half an hour after my appointment time, she had only JUST started straightening the client's hair. i confirmed my appointment time with the stylist before simply leaving. i am so confused because my first experience with salon 17 was the best haircut ever but this experience was really disappointing, i have never waited this long before and even then the client's hair wasn't even finished. :(
