Great quality, value and professionalism. A highly recommended home inspector for the Parry Sound and surrounding area. Steven visited our prospective home, which was built in 1945. I know very little about homes, as this was my partner and I's first-time purchasing a home, and Steven took the time to walkthrough the entire home to educate us of the do's and don'ts., what's great and not-so-great. Highly recommend for first-time home buyers and even those who want to learn more about their home, if they didn't have the pleasure of having a home inspector on their recent purchase, you never know what you could learn!

Steve completed a home inspection on a cottage property we recently purchased. He was knowledgeable, thorough and his report was way above expectations. My husband was with Steve during the inspection and said he learned a lot. We tested the attic for asbestos and I was very nervous as we needed a quick turnaround. Steve stayed close to this and got back to us quickly. I'd HIGHLY recommend Steve to anyone!!

The inspection and the report I received was well above my expectations. Detailed explanations on all that Steve did was easy to understand and was a big factor in negotiations to purchase our new home I am so glad that Steve took the time and effort in writing up the review.
