        Staff are helpful and Friendly. Service is great. So happy with our hot tub. Worth every penny!!

        Very poor service response. Service when they showed up 3 weejs later said they could not service because hot tub was in the deck. Told to call back when tub was out. Got tub out of deck with crane rental and now they won't service because I was upset at the last service. Go elsewhere. Poor service after the sale.

        If you're thinking of driving south to potentially save a few hundred bucks on your Hydropool spa.....DON'T!!! Cathy and the girls at Wavemaker Huntsville are very knowledgeable and helpful. They even help you out with complimentary small parts if they happen to have them sitting around. We got our spa in February after a 7 month wait, but it was certainly worth it. Buy local and take advantage of their great service :-)

        Great place for your Hot Tub needs. Staff helpful and friendly. They test your water for free. Ask for Cathy Ross, Manager. Knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
