Booked appointment on line for service department and then they called and tell me can't have appointment its only for a request not a guaranteed appointment so why would you let people book appointments online then that makes no sense now get appointment for almost 3 weeks now for appointment thats awful customer service .

Had to attend urgently today due to an unexpected issue on my Tucson. We were from out of town and we called and they were so great with us. They fit us into the schedule, checked what was happening, explained and resolved the situation and were just very friendly at the same time. The gentlemen behind the counter was awesome and the mechanic was great with me my partner and my dog, who was in the car with us. Fantastic job all around!

Absolutely fabulous service from their service department. I cannot sing their praises enough after a negative experience at another dealership. I will be continuing to drive over an hour to this location as their service is well worth it. Thanks so much!!!

I would highly recommend Hyundai of Muskoka to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Samantha Victor made our buying experience easy and enjoyable. She answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly.
