there has been nothing good out of what we have from this internet, we live in a rural area, but they don't help us in the slightest, if we say the internets out, the best they can do is tell us to restart the router. its never their fault, because "we are a company and you aren't" don't buy, just get Starlink.

I just wanted to take a moment to share what great service we have received from vianet. Having recently moved to muskoka, the installation of our internet was done in a timely manner. The gentleman who came was professional, tidy and friendly. And then, when we needed a repair, due to our own clumsiness, they came quickly and had us up and running in no time. I highly recommend Vianet Huntsville to anyone looking for great internet service.

Stay away constant bullying from customer service. They terrorize you and the internet never works constantly cuts out and when you ask to cancel or leave they threaten you and tell you how everyone loves them and that your making a mistake

I have had nothing but Great experience with the staff at Vianet. My biggest problem is with Bell. Their lines are old and apparently break 3-4 times a year. As to technical support I'd say perfect. They have helps us with the fight with Bell and seem to care about our service. So thanks Vianet.ca staff
