We have dealt with Dave Currie for thirty-three years and enjoyed the real estate dealings, as he was calm, respectful and professional and always finished each transaction with diligence. Since Andrew took over, the whole atmosphere and professionalism has dropped to zero in my opinion. After a year of purchasing a home, he failed to transfer the deed into my name with the Canadian registry and did not inform me there was this issue pending. Only when I found out about this negligence did he admit to it and made excuses that he was too busy etc. We now are left with his firm doing nothing for us. Andy offers no assistance and tells us to file a claim with insurance. Please find an alternative real estate lawyer. Also, during our early-pandemic meetings, the only one in the room not wearing a mask was him which we found disrespectful given the mandates and high case numbers at the time.
