Walked in, interested in ordering takeout. There was only 1 customer having a discussion with the waitress and it was as if we were interrupting them by walking in. We had no greeting and when we asked for a menu she rudely pointed it. We walked out and will not be back.

Have lived on this community all my life And always like to support local businesses .. the meal I just had was absolutely horrible .. captain highliner fish patty or worse .. Fries awful and coffee stale and cold .. the owners son served and was polite and friendly and sure cant blame him but very disappointed and will never return !

Absolutely fabulous food. In all honesty I had medium expectations of getting great Greek food on the highway, but as someone who lives off the Danforth, I can assure you this is top notch for flavour, authenticity, and quality. Definitely worth stopping for, it will become a mainstay on our journey north and south!

Unbelievably terrible food...and I never said terrible about food before but this was just the worst meal we ever had. But before sharing the experience with the food, the cook was covering for the guy that sells snacks in the gas station convenience store and said he will start working on our meal in 5 minutes. I am from the Mediterranean/middle east region so I know how the food should be. The hummus, I don't know what it was but it was NOT humus, at all, not by texture, not by color, nor by taste, not even kind of close. The shrimp poppers were as the shrimps you get in a 5$ tray from Costco, very small, and way-way too breaded. The jalapeno poppers were odd and crumbly. The chicken shawarma, I've had shawarma many times in my life, countless. That was not shawarma! According to wiki shawarmais "a dish in Middle Eastern cuisine consisting of meat cut into thin slices, stacked in a cone-like shape, and roasted on a slowly-turning vertical rotisserie or spit". The shawarma we got was few large flat cuts, like unbranded schnitzel, very-very-very dry and stale, scorched to charcoal around the circumference of EACH cut, which also had some sour taste to it as if it was expired meat. The beef kebab did not feel like beef and was just a dry blob of some meat, uncooked from inside and way overcooked from the outside, and had no taste, no spices added. The salad had old somewhat rotten lettuce leafs. The pitta bread was nice. The bottled apple and orange juice were good :) Can't say anything bad about the service like other reviews here as the waitress was new, but here is the conversion we had at the end "So how was it?" "To be honest, awful" "I'm sorry to hear that, what was wrong with it?" "Absolute everything, worst ever" *The one good thing I can say about the food, that it was served quickly even with the late start. But even then, I don't know if it counts, as the food it's self was bad and we were the ONLY customers in the restaurant.
