        My husband and I purchased two pairs of shoes yesterday. We were very specific as to our needs -both pairs to be waterproof. We purchased them, got home and found my husbands shoes were not as requested. We called the store and spoke to Phylis. She was professional and apologized for the error and assured us she would make it right. We drove back into town today and met with Phylis who had held the correct shoe for us. Sadly they didn't have the correct size in store, but assisted with the order and discounted us for our trouble of having to come back in. My husband was quick to share, it is not so much the mistakes you make, its how you recover. Phylis recovered very well and we appreciated that!
