Incompetent Property Management Company I would rate Percel a zero star if I could. Percels property managers continue to fail in their duties. Very little to nothing gets done around our condo unit / grounds and they even failed on a simple task like sending a out a reimbursement cheque (which after 3+ months still has not been received) . Percel are full of excuses why things dont get done. I do not recommend Percel and caution any condo boards looking at hiring their services.

Having worked with Chris and his team at Purcell in Huntsville over the last few months, I can confidently recommend this management team. Pleasant staff, very friendly and professional to deal with. Excellent property management team!

I am a new condo owner, never before had to deal with Condo By-laws and rules, but Percel Inc (Property Manager Chris V and his staff) have been so helpful in understanding a condo corporation and they make sure the property upkeep is immaculate with using really good contractors. By far a great investment and a great company managing my investment. Glad i made the switch!
