After a few failed attempts by other sales agents at selling a peice of property for my parents in Huntsville, I was recommended to Stella Keay. Stella was very prompt, knowledgeable and professional and within matter of weeks had brought in a very strong offer and my parents property was sold. Stella and her team did what others couldn't and I'm grateful for all of her hard work and effort selling and closing this deal... Stella is a fantastic Realtor and I say that from experience of working with many over the years! While I was looking for just the right cottage, Stella was incredibly helpful. She quickly figured out exactly what I was looking for and specifically took me to properties that suited my needs. Stella demonstrated that she was extremely knowledgeable about the area and went above and beyond. She come prepared to every showing to tell me more about the area, about the lake it was on, etc and she wasn't afraid to crawl into some tight spaces to better assess water lines, heating, etc. (and even on some of the coldest and snowiest days!) I was really impressed with her expertise and she made the whole process super seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend!!
