I hired Derek to renovate my cottage inside and out. He built several flights of outdoor wooden stairs, built a dining bar along my deck, installed new flooring throughout, drywalled and installed a new kitchen, installed new ceiling fans. He is a great communicator, easy to work with, punctual, trustworthy, fair, and great at what he does. I'd hire him again and I highly recommend him!! Derek assisted me with the installation of a rooftop ice melt cable. He did all the hard work while I stayed on the ground where it was safe. Although he was very busy he responded to my call the same day and came over to look at what was required. He agreed to assist me and I was quite surprised that he was able to do the job as quickly as he did. He is a consummate professional and takes great pride in doing a good job, and he charged a reasonable price for the work. I highly recommend him and will be calling again if the need arises.
