Landlord blew sand all over vehicles of another property he doesn't own. Threatened to physically hit tenants of that building. Spitting all over during the Covid-19 outbreak.

Tamara helped us find temporary accomodation while our home was under construction. We could not sign a year's lease but she still was willing to assist us. Even after we backed out of the lease before moving in we got a full refund promptly.

My son and I rented a great apartment for two years in Huntsville. Safe, private, up to date and quiet. Mike, Tamara and Grant were wonderful to deal with and always answered any maintenance ASAP. The rent was reasonable and in a town with very little rental available, let alone quality places...we feel very lucky to have spent two excellent years in their Earls rd location. I highly recommend this complex.
