We could not have asked for a more caring Agent than Jennifer Koop. We had many questions and fears. She was able to answer anything we needed to know, and when she didn't have an answer ,she said so ,and went out and found the answer for the next meeting. Dominion Lending Centre and Jennifer Koop are beyond helpful. I originally went through a regular bank about a mortgage and it would take forever for them to get back to me (pre covid) so I decided to try something different, I called up Dominion Lending and Jennifer had all my questions answered the same day. Mortgage process was easy and she always got back to me. I would go through Dominion Lending without a second guess. Keep up the great customer service it shows that we are not just a number to you.

I have worked with Jen on a few things, and she has always been organized and professional, while providing savvy advice. She puts the needs of her clients first--even suggesting that I check with a specific bank due to a unique lending product that might have been beneficial for me personally--but I was happy to end up working with her on a mortgage for an investment property after said bank proved unhelpful. Regardless of your personal circumstances, Jen will guide you through the mortgage process every step of the way!
