        Brutal. If I could give them a zero rating, I would. Within 2 days of getting a shellac manicure/pedicure the polish started to crack. By the end of 1 week almost ALL of the polish had cracked. When I called to tell them what had happened the man who initially answered the phone - who clearly didn't want to deal with me - handed me off to a woman without even saying a word. I had to explain what the problem was at least 5 times and then she said I was being rude because I was getting frustrated. Then she said they don't remember me even though I've been there several times - and told me I should come into the salon - which is an hour away - to see if they can "remember my face". Absolutely ridiculous. Definitely never going back. Services: Manicure, Pedicure
