        I agree with Ms. Young. I worked there as a nurse some years ago and was treated in the same manner. They let you work all day knowing they are going to terminate you at the end of your shift. Cruel and unkind. Horrible people. Yet they keep staff who are bullies! Relationships formed with residents and families abruptly severed and they could care less. Keep your chin up. You will find something better. They are a very unprofessional facility. Dont cast your pearls before swine. I had to move to another province because its a small community and it was deeply humiliating and distressing. It was worth it. I have a wonderful career now.

        I worked at Muskoka Landing and they treat their staff horrible they dont train new staff properly and when they. Work without a day off and work overtime all the time they use them then terminate when they get their Probation in a just before their day is done and make them fill low by escorting them out
