Update: Nov 29, 2022 received complimentary wedding album as promised (shipped day of my initial review). Increased rating 1 star. I dont usually give bad reviews for products or services unless it is really warranted. I don't want to go into too many details but we were not happy at all with our wedding photos from Sept 2021. He showed up on time and did provide what he said, and got me back the pictures within a month as per the contract. We Paid $1500 + tax plus dinner and drinks to Steve (meals and breaks requested in his contract) for 60 photos (edit) that we did not like. He didn't ask "who were the parents" or anything so we did not get pictures of the groom and bride parents. (Edit) All the pictures are "unposed" ie. "People not knowing they are being photographed" which we were not impressed with. Waited a month to get our photos back on a memory stick and wasn't happy at all (Edit . Yes the contract states 30 days to get photos back). I stated my dissatisfaction so Steve offered to make a complimentary wedding album of the 30 best photos ( took me forever to find 30 I actually liked) I sent him the pictures and have never received a wedding album to this day! I sent him a reminder email July 2022 he said yes he made a wedding album for us but "he was dissapointed how it turned out" so he's redoing it....Still no wedding album Nov 2022. (Edit: my bad for not noticing there weren't any reviews for any weddings shot by Steve, in fact I did not see any wedding photos he had taken, I should have done more research)
