Absolutely disgusted by their services! The whole crew is extremely RUDE!!!!! Manager apologized and said hell give me a discount for the EXTREMELY POOR services then gave me $1 off. The server then came and literally dropped the machine infront of me, rolled his eyes and went off. The WORST experience in the history of all the restaurants I have ever been to. Also, I am like a regular customer of boston pizza branches all across ONTARIO. This was unacceptable to say the least!

Even though restaurant was extremely busy on Thanksgiving weekend (Sunday). Even Manager manned tables to make sure customer experience was 5 star Food and service was excellent. Vegetarian options: Was perfect. Dietary restrictions: Do to not able to eat tomatoes the steak was amazing. Partner and friend had pizza. One vegetarian and other meat. Met everyone needs. Parking: Handicap close to door

Poor service, our waitress didnt bring plates, napkins as usual for Boston pizza when you order, then our pizza arrives and there was no cheese or chili flakes for our pizza and the table was dirty, we had to ask to another waitress for plates and some napkins
