Unfortunately weve never rented through this agency because apparently Reba, the manager, must have discriminatory issues against me and my partner. It started with her deliberately ignoring my emails requesting to view a condo that was up for rent. We then managed to get a hold of her through my partner but as soon as we sent the application she never got back and after sending her a follow up email, she promptly rejected our application without explanation nor a chance to see the apartment. A few months later, new apartments came up for rent so we emailed her again requesting a new application form but she replied back saying it wasnt worth filling out because based on our last application, we wouldnt meet the requirements demanded by the landlords. Again, with no explanation or opportunity to see the apartment. Just a hard, no. Until this date, we still have no idea why she rejected us. We mentioned we were both working full-time for over a year in Huntsville, making way over minimum wage, no pets, excellent references (both from work and from previous landlords) We werent even asked for a credit check (which obviously wouldnt be a problem..) So our guess its because we mentioned we had a baby. Either that or because were servers. But either way, wed at least deserve an explanation even though it would be discriminating anyways, which goes against the Ontario Human Rights Code.

MCRS Property Management has been our Condo Corp partner for the last number of years and we are very pleased with our partnership. They are very responsive to enquiries by the Board and owners. Very knowledgeable in finances, contracts and legals. They are also well connected with outside contractors no matter what the projects might be. We look forward to a long, continued relationship with MCRS.
